It is your responsibility to read and understand Artful Magic's policies before attending a retreat.


Artful Magic | Ashley Claure (The Host) reserves the right to change activities, meals, accomodation etc. without notice. In the event of a change, every effort will be made for replacements of equal value.


Prices are per person and set well in advance of the retreat start date. Price includes retreat costs only. Travel and airport transfer are not included. More information can be found here FAQ


Payment schedule depends on time of booking but will be clearly outlined on the retreat page and confirmation email:

  • Pay in full or reserve w/ a deposit

  • Deposit payment plan: Balance split into 2 equal payments. Final payment due 45 days prior to retreat start date. Late fee applies

  • Monthly payment plan: available by request. Service fee applies

  • 5% late fee applies to first 5 days of non payment. 10% late fee applies to 6+ days of non payment. Failure to pay after 14 days results it forfeit of spot without refund

  • Full amount is due at time of registration if you book within 60 days of retreat start date


Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any and all circumstances.

There will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or unforeseen circumstances of any kind.

​You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for injury, loss, expenses or damages (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from cancellation. Purchasing travel protection is highly encouraged.

You may transfer your payment to another retreat, or request a full refund.
Please note, Artful Magic is not responsible for expenses incurred, including but not limited to, airfare, rental car, loss of work, and other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Purchasing travel protection is highly encouraged.


Part of what makes my retreats so special is their small size. There is a 12 person maximum. And a 7 person minimum for the retreat to take place. Please purchase travel protection if you have any concerns


I acknowledge that I have voluntarily enrolled to participate in this retreat. I agree to this release of claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risks. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, successors, administrators and any other person who may have an interest at common law or by operation of statute, I hereby waive any and all claims I or such parties may have now or in the future. I release from liability the host and any teachers, employees, guides, agents or representatives (“the releasees”) for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss or any nature suffered by me as a result of participation in any activity on the retreat. I release from liability The Host for any cause whatsoever including those arising out of, or in any way connected to or occasioned by the negligence of the releasees.​

I take ultimate responsibility for my choices and realize that The Host is not a licensed medical nor mental health provider and that I must consult my doctor(s) if I have questions or concerns. I understand that The Host is not qualified to diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.

By agreeing to the terms outlined here and elsewhere on the The Host’s website I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation on a The Host’s retreat.
