Artful Magic | Ashley Claure (The Host) reserves the right to change activities, meals, etc. without notice. In the event of a change, every effort will be made for replacements of equal value.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Prices are per person and set well in advance of the retreat start date. Includes retreat costs only. Travel and airport transfer are not included. More information can be found here FAQ

 

Payment schedule depends on time of booking:

​

• A deposit is required to secure your spot. Exact amount depends on time of booking, but will be clearly outlined on the retreat page.

​

• Balance due 45 days prior to retreat start date. 

​

• Full amount is due at time of registration if you book within 60 days of retreat start date

​

• 5% late fee applies to first 7 days of non payment. 10% late fee applies to first 14 days of non payment. Failure to pay after 14 days results it forfeit of spot without refund.

REFUND POLICY

Payments are non-refundable under any and all circumstances.

​

Payments made after the non-refundable deposit are eligible for partial refunds only if your spot is filled by someone else. In the event your spot is filled, refunds will be issued as such:

​

• 75% refund for cancellation 90+ days before retreat start date.

• 50% refund for cancellation 30-89 days before retreat start date.

• 0% refund for cancellation 0-29 days before retreat start date.

​

There will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or unforeseen circumstances of any kind.

TRANSFER POLICY

Payments cannot be transferred to another retreat.

​You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for injury, loss, expenses or damages (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation.

You may transfer your payment to another retreat, or request a full refund.
Please note, I am not responsible for expenses incurred, including but not limited to, airfare, rental car, loss of work, and other costs associated with preparing for your trip. If you have any concerns, please purchase travel insurance.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily enrolled to participate in this retreat. I agree to this release of claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risks. On behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, successors, administrators and any other person who may have an interest at common law or by operation of statute, I hereby waive any and all claims I or such parties may have now or in the future. I release from liability the host and any teachers, employees, guides, agents or representatives (“the releasees”) for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss or any nature suffered by me as a result of participation in any activity on the retreat. I release from liability The Host for any cause whatsoever including those arising out of, or in any way connected to or occasioned by the negligence of the releasees.​

I take ultimate responsibility for my choices and realize that The Host is not a licensed medical nor mental health provider and that I must consult my doctor(s) if I have questions or concerns. I understand that The Host is not qualified to diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.

By agreeing to the terms outlined here and elsewhere on the The Host’s website I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation on a The Host’s retreat.
